Urgent vs. Non-Urgent
The portal is for non-urgent messaging, refills, and scheduling. For same-day medical concerns, call (908) 450-7002. Every patient also has access to Dr. Boguslavsky's personal cell phone number for true after-hours emergencies. For a medical emergency, always call 911.

After your first visit, we'll provide login credentials for our secure patient portal. You can access it from your computer, smartphone, or tablet to view lab results, schedule appointments, request prescription refills, and message your doctor.
Can I message my doctor through the portal?
Yes, for non-urgent questions. We respond within 24 hours on business days. For urgent medical concerns, call the office directly; for emergencies, call 911.
Is the patient portal secure?
Yes. The portal is HIPAA-compliant and password-protected, unlike regular email, which is not secure for health information.
How do I request a prescription refill?
Request refills through the patient portal or by calling our office. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing; let us know if it's urgent and we'll prioritize it.
I'm not an established patient yet — can I use the portal?
The portal is for existing patients. New patients should call (908) 450-7002 or complete our new patient registration to get started, and will receive portal login credentials after their first visit.
