Common questions about the Hoboken office
What happens at my first Spravato appointment?
Your first visit is a consultation, not a treatment day. We verify your insurance coverage, review your depression history, discuss whether Spravato is right for you, and answer your questions — about 45 minutes. If you're a good candidate, we'll schedule your first treatment session. Treatment sessions themselves run about 2 hours: you self-administer the nasal spray, then we monitor you for roughly 2 hours before you can leave with a companion.
How do I get to the Hoboken office?
The office is a 3-minute walk north on Hudson St from Hoboken Terminal — any PATH train from NYC (about 15-20 minutes from 33rd St) gets you there. NJ Transit bus routes 22, 64, 68, and 89 stop within 2 blocks, there's a Citi Bike station directly outside, and street parking or the Castle Point Garage are both close by.
