At MyPremierMD, we believe quality healthcare should be accessible to everyone, regardless of physical, sensory, or cognitive abilities. We are committed to ensuring that our website, facilities, and services are accessible and welcoming to all patients. We strive to meet or exceed the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Communication Assistance

We provide various forms of communication assistance to ensure all patients can effectively communicate with our healthcare team, at no additional cost:

  • Written communication options for patients who are deaf or hard of hearing
  • Verbal descriptions, large print materials, and staff assistance with forms for patients who are blind or have low vision
  • Dr. Boguslavsky speaks English and Russian fluently; staff members speak multiple languages including Spanish, Portuguese, and Tagalog
  • Professional interpreter services available for other languages

Patient Portal Accessibility

Our patient portal is designed to be accessible: screen reader compatible, keyboard navigation supported, high contrast mode available, with text size adjustment options and HIPAA-compliant secure messaging as an alternative to phone calls. If you experience difficulty accessing or using our patient portal, please contact our office and we will provide alternative methods to access your health information.

Telemedicine Accessibility

Our telemedicine platform provides an accessible healthcare option for many patients — video visits eliminate transportation barriers, and the platform is compatible with assistive technologies. Telemedicine can be particularly helpful for patients with mobility challenges, transportation difficulties, or who live far from our offices.

Assistive Technologies We Support

Our website is designed to work with commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack), screen magnification software, speech recognition software, and alternative input devices. We test our website regularly with these technologies to ensure compatibility.

Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time achievement. We continuously work to improve accessibility through regular audits, staff training, and incorporating accessibility into all new features and content.

Third-Party Content

Some content on our website is provided by third-party vendors (such as our patient portal and online scheduling system). While we work with vendors who share our commitment to accessibility, we do not have complete control over third-party content. If you encounter accessibility barriers with third-party content, please contact us and we will work with the vendor to address the issue.

Feedback and Accessibility Concerns

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website or in our offices, please let us know. We take all accessibility concerns seriously and will work to address them promptly.

How to Report an Accessibility Issue:

We will acknowledge receipt of your concern within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

Alternative Access Methods

If you are unable to access information or services through our website, we offer alternative methods: phone appointments and consultations, information provided over the phone, assistance completing forms and paperwork, and documents in alternative formats. Please contact us at (908) 450-7002 and we will be happy to assist you in the way that works best for you.
