Care today, without the urgent-care hassle

Quick Care When You Need It

Acute illness means you're sick right now — problems that need attention today or this week, not in three weeks.

Same-Day Appointments

Call in the morning, and we'll usually get you in by afternoon. No waiting weeks for your regular doctor to have an opening.

No Urgent Care Hassles

No overcrowded waiting room, no expensive urgent care fees — get the care you need without the wait or the cost.

Real Medical Care

Seen by a clinician who takes time to figure out what's wrong and treat it properly, backed by a team who knows your history.

Conditions we treat same-day

  • Colds, flu, and respiratory infections
  • Sinus infections and ear infections
  • Strep throat and sore throats
  • Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
  • Skin infections and rashes
  • Fever evaluation
  • Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea
  • Minor injuries and sprains
  • Allergic reactions
  • Pink eye (conjunctivitis)
  • Bronchitis and cough
  • Abdominal pain
  • Back pain flare-ups
  • Migraine and headaches

We may also be able to see you for medical acupuncture for acutely painful conditions like a back spasm, neck sprain, or migraine — a drug-free option that can bring real relief without the side effects of anti-inflammatories or opioids.

Ready when you are

Feeling sick? Let's get you seen today.

In person or via telemedicine — call and we'll find a spot in the schedule.

When to call us, and when to go elsewhere

We handle most everyday illnesses and minor injuries same-day. Knowing when something needs an ER instead is just as important — here's a simple guide.

Call us same-day for

Colds and flu, sore throats, UTIs, ear and sinus infections, rashes, minor injuries, fevers, and most everyday illnesses — in person or by telemedicine.

Consider urgent care for

When we're closed and it truly can't wait until morning — a deep cut that may need stitches, or a possible simple fracture.

Call 911 or go to the ER for

Chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke signs (face drooping, arm weakness, slurred speech), severe bleeding, or any life-threatening emergency — don't wait.

Same-day acute care questions

Can I walk in without an appointment?

We don't take walk-ins, but we're happy to find you a spot in our schedule, in person or via telemedicine. Call ahead and we'll do our utmost to get you seen as soon as possible.

How much will my visit cost?

Acute care visits are billed at your primary-care rate, not urgent-care rates. We accept almost all insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid.

Do you prescribe antibiotics?

Yes, only when medically appropriate. We diagnose first and reserve antibiotics for bacterial infections, not viral colds.

What if I need urgent care after hours?

For urgent concerns outside office hours, call our main line and follow the after-hours instructions. For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest ER.

Can a sick visit be done by telemedicine?

Yes, for many things. Telemedicine works well for colds and flu, UTIs, rashes you can show us, medication questions, and more. Some problems need an in-person exam or a test — and we'll tell you when that's the case. Often we can start by video and bring you in only if it's needed.

Do I have to be an existing patient?

No. We welcome new patients for same-day and acute concerns, and it's often the start of an ongoing relationship. Just call and we'll get you scheduled.
