See your doctor from home—same quality care, same-day appointments, no commute required
Getting started with telemedicine is easier than you think—here's everything you need
Your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. That's it. No special apps to download—our video platform works right in your web browser.
WiFi or cellular data works fine. You don't need blazing-fast speeds—basic home internet or a decent phone signal is more than enough for smooth video.
Find a spot where you can talk privately about your health. Your bedroom, home office, even your parked car works—just somewhere you feel comfortable opening up.
We give you the same unhurried appointment time as in-person visits. No rushing, no feeling like you're being shuffled out—just real time with your doctor.
Telemedicine at PremierMD means seeing your regular doctor through secure video from wherever you are—home, work, or even your car. No more taking time off work, sitting in traffic, or waiting in a crowded waiting room. You get the same 30-60 minute appointments, the same personalized care, and the same doctors you already know and trust.
We started offering telemedicine in early 2020, and our patients call it "absolutely transformative." You can book a virtual visit for the same day, have a real conversation with your doctor, get prescriptions sent directly to your pharmacy, and even order lab work—all from your phone, tablet, or computer.
Virtual visits work great for follow-ups, mental health care, chronic disease management, medication adjustments, minor illnesses, and so much more. When you do need to come in for a physical exam, lab work, or acupuncture, you can easily switch between virtual and in-person visits without changing doctors.

We'll reach out within 24 hours to answer your questions and help you schedule an appointment. Most new patients are seen same day, in person or via telemedicine.
Virtual visits work great for most health concerns that don't require a hands-on physical exam. Here's what we commonly treat via telemedicine:
Not sure if your concern works for telemedicine? Just call us. If we think you need to come in, we'll tell you honestly—and get you an appointment right away.
Yes! Almost all insurance plans now cover telemedicine visits exactly the same as in-person visits—same copay, same deductible, same coverage. This includes commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid. We bill your insurance just like we would for an office visit.
Absolutely. When you book a telemedicine appointment, you see YOUR regular PremierMD provider—not a random doctor you've never met. Dr. Boguslavsky and all our nurse practitioners do virtual visits. Your doctor already knows your health history, medications, and concerns, which makes virtual care even more effective.
Nope! Our telemedicine platform works right in your web browser—no apps to download, no accounts to create. We text and email you a secure video link before your appointment. Just click the link at your appointment time and you're connected. Works on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.
Yes. Your doctor can prescribe medications electronically during your virtual visit. The prescription goes straight to your pharmacy—usually within minutes of your appointment ending. This includes refills, new medications, and adjustments to current prescriptions. The only exceptions are certain controlled substances that require in-person evaluation by law.
Same-day appointments are usually available. If you call before 11 AM, we can often get you in the same day—sometimes within just a few hours. For non-urgent matters, you can schedule virtual visits in advance at whatever time works best for you, including early morning or evening slots.
You don't need to be tech-savvy at all. If you can make a phone call or send a text, you can do a telemedicine visit. If you're nervous about the technology, call our office when you receive your video link and we'll walk you through it step-by-step. We've helped plenty of patients who thought they couldn't do it—and they all figured it out easily with a little guidance.
For many health concerns, yes—telemedicine is just as effective as in-person care. Mental health visits, medication management, chronic disease follow-ups, and minor acute illnesses can all be handled very effectively over video. You still get 30-60 minute appointments with your regular doctor. The only limitation is we can't do hands-on physical exams or procedures. If your doctor determines you need to come in, they'll tell you honestly.
Absolutely. Many of our patients alternate between virtual and in-person visits depending on what they need. You might do your annual physical in person, then follow-up visits virtually. Or start with a telemedicine visit for a new symptom, then come in if your doctor thinks a physical exam would be helpful. Just let us know which type of appointment you want when you book.
