You can receive all your care at this one location.
Most patients are seen within 24-48 hours of calling. We offer same-day appointments for acute concerns and walk-ins are welcome during regular hours. For Spravato consultations, we typically schedule within a few days. For family medicine, acupuncture, or NJ patient registry evaluations, same-day or next-day appointments are usually available.
Yes! Dr. Boguslavsky sees patients regularly at our Bridgewater flagship center for family medicine, medical acupuncture, and NJ patient registry evaluations. As the founder of PremierMD, this is his primary location. You can also see our excellent team of nurse practitioners and physician assistants for various services. When you call to schedule, let us know if you'd like to see Dr. B specifically.
We have ample free parking in our building lot at 757 Route 206, Suite 104. Handicap-accessible parking spaces are available right near the entrance. Parking is never an issue at this location - you'll always find a spot close to our office.
Your NJ patient registry evaluation at Bridgewater takes about 30 minutes with our team. We'll review your qualifying condition, discuss whether state-authorized treatment is appropriate for your situation, and if approved, we'll register you with the New Jersey State Patient Registry Program. Most patients can access authorized treatment centers within a few days. Follow-up renewals are also available.
Yes! Many insurance plans now cover medical acupuncture, and Medicare covers acupuncture for chronic low back pain. Because Dr. Boguslavsky is board-certified in medical acupuncture and it's performed by an MD rather than a non-physician acupuncturist, insurance coverage is often better. We'll verify your specific coverage before your first appointment. This is unique to our practice in the region.
Our Bridgewater location is open Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM with most services available including urgent family medicine appointments & Spravato treatments.
Please bring your insurance card, photo ID, and a list of any current medications. If you have recent lab work or medical records from other providers, those are helpful but not required. We'll handle most new patient paperwork electronically before your visit.
